30 day shred - before and after!
 I did Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred for 30 days, taking one or two days off to rest. I did not combine it with any other exercises because it included strength training and cardio. I ate healthy (even took a few days off!) and never denied myself food if I was hungry. I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life! What could you do in 30 days the healthy way?

BMI and such…

Currently my BMI is at 26.4%. I’d like to get it down to at least 23% by December. Here we go!!!

So these were my everyday jeans and the only ones which weren’t tight back in January. I was 160 pounds. Now, thanks to eating healthy and exercising, i am 138 pounds and those jeans are two sizes too big and literally falling off of me!:)So yay for being healthy! You can do it too!:)
