Girls girls girls do this!!! This is the workout that helped me to get rid of alot of the lower fat… if you are like me and end up rolling around :D put your hands into a diamond shape and put it under your butt to stop you from rolling, try it i swear you will see results asap
I did Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred for 30 days, taking one or two days off to rest. I did not combine it with any other exercises because it included strength training and cardio. I ate healthy (even took a few days off!) and never denied myself food if I was hungry. I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life!

So these were my everyday jeans and the only ones which weren’t tight back in January. I was 160 pounds. Now, thanks to eating healthy and exercising, i am 138 pounds and those jeans are two sizes too big and literally falling off of me!:) So yay for being healthy! You can do it too!:)
